Where we Ship

We ship within the United States & US territories (Puerto Rico, US Samoa, Guam, Saipan, the Virgin Islands, and the Midway Island) and APO addresses for military personal. If you do not fall into this category, contact us and we will get you in contact with one of our Distributors around the world to take care of you.

How are Products Shipped

All GNLD products are shipped via UPS directly from GNLD International from either the California warehouse or the Tennessee warehouse. GNLD will not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

If you miss Delivery of your Package

UPS will make three attempts to deliver your package. On all occasions, they will leave a notice for you. If you do not make an effort to pick up your package, your merchandise will be returned to GNLD. If you would like your package to be reshipped to you, you will be recharged for shipping. If you choose not to have your packaged reshipped, the purchase price of your products will be refunded. Shipping will not be refunded.

Freight & Handling Charges

For orders shipped in the continental 48 United States and Alaska, shipping charges will be calculated based on freight carrier’s rate. For orders shipped outside the continental United States — This applies to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Samoa, Guam, Saipan, The Virgin Islands, and Midway Island: Hawaii is the only “outside” destination with a pre-calculated, special freight policy. Hawaii’s freight and handling is the same as above, only there will be an additional 3% of the retail price added. All other destinations listed above are calculated based on the current freight carrier’s rate. When your order is placed, we will calculate air and ocean shipping rates, and contact you back with the costs.

Return Policy

You may return a GNLD product to NASABB within 30 days for a full credit toward the purchase of another GNLD product, or receive a refund of the full purchase price. Shipping will not be refunded.

A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Include the reason for your return and mail it to us. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. Contact NASABB by phone 866.674.3313 or email info@nasabb.com for your Return Authorization Number(RA#).

Products that have been damaged, misused, abused or altered cannot be returned.  The product must have been used from the original container and according to label directions. READ THE GNLD 100% GUARANTEE
